1 General Introduction

2 Age and Eligibility

3 Account Registration

Each user may open only one account on be999. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, and if detected, all associated accounts will be permanently closed.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal

4.1 Deposit

Accepted deposit methods on be999: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other scheduled banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

Once a deposit is completed, the balance is added to the account. Deposits from third-party accounts are not allowed — only payment methods registered in the user's own name may be used.

4.2 Withdrawal

Accepted withdrawal methods are the same as for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are typically processed within 10 to 45 minutes, though this may take longer if a verification process is ongoing.

4.3 Verification

be999 may verify your identity before a withdrawal request is processed. This may include requesting a copy of your national ID, bank statement or mobile banking transaction screenshots. If the required documents are not submitted, the request will be held.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

be999 offers promotional deals to users from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, which must be read before claiming a bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at be999 can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. Wagering requirements must be met before this bonus can be withdrawn — the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times, meaning a ৳2,000 bonus requires a total of ৳50,000 in bets.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

Bonuses may only be used on eligible games — be999 determines which games qualify for bonus play.
Withdrawals directly from bonus funds are not permitted before wagering requirements are met.
Multiple bonuses may not be used at the same time unless specifically stated otherwise.
be999 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if abuse is suspected.
A bonus is never a substitute for real money — it is a promotional benefit.

5.3 VIP Cashback

be999 has three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier provides cashback at a set rate on weekly net losses — up to 0.3% for Bronze, up to 0.7% for Silver and up to 1.0% for Gold. For example: if a Silver member's weekly net loss is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited to ensure the fair operation of the be999 platform:

Creating an account using a false or another person's identity
Creating artificial betting patterns to meet bonus requirements (bonus abuse)
Operating multiple accounts from the same device or network
Playing games using software, bots or automated systems
Betting with the intent to transfer winnings to third-party accounts (match fixing, collusion)
Attempting to gain unauthorised access to be999's servers or software
Deliberately exploiting any technical glitch on the platform

In the event of a breach of these rules, be999 may permanently close the account and forfeit the associated balance.

7 Sports Betting Rules

be999's sports betting section offers markets on cricket, football and other sports. The following rules apply to this section:

7.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed. However, be999 may cancel a bet in the following cases: if a match is abandoned before the scheduled time, if the venue is changed, or if a technical error is found in the data feed. The full stake of a cancelled bet is refunded.

7.2 Odds Changes

be999 may change market odds at any time. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are the ones that apply — any subsequent changes will not affect confirmed bets.

7.3 Result Declaration

The outcome of bets is determined based on the official match result. In the event of any dispute, be999's decision is considered final.

9 Account Closure and Suspension

At the user's own request

9.1 Self-Closure

A user may close their own account permanently or for a set period if they wish. This option is available through the be999 support team.

10 Technical Issues and Liability

be999 aims to provide round-the-clock service, but temporary disruptions may occur due to server maintenance, internet connectivity issues or faults in third-party software. be999 is not directly liable for any loss suffered by a user as a result of such disruptions.

If a technical fault occurs during a game or bet, the user must notify the support team immediately. be999 will investigate the matter and attempt to provide a fair resolution in such situations.

11 Customer Support
